In decision-making and administration, Admicom complies with Finnish legislation, limited liability company law, the Articles of Association and other regulations applicable to the company.
The company’s administration is divided between the shareholders, the Board of Directors and the CEO. In managing operational activities, the CEO is assisted by a management team.
