Interaction with representatives of the capital markets and analysts
Admicom follows general market practice and guidelines of the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) in its interaction and communication with the representatives of the capital markets and analysts. Analysts play a key role in the securities market as the information provided by analysts improves the transparency and understanding in the market regarding Admicom’s financial position, operating environment and future prospects. In all communication with the analysts, Admicom ensures that market participants are not put in unequal positions. Information which would likely materially affect the value of Admicom’s shares is always disclosed to the market with official company releases.
