Industry-specific software company with profitable growth

The core of our operations is to offer the best tools and practices for construction and building services engineering companies now and in the future. Our story began with Admicom Finland Oy, founded in 2004. From the beginning, the core of Admicom’s services has been cloud-based ERP system Adminet – the most comprehensive and versatile ERP system for building services engineering, construction, and manufacturing industry. The highly automated SaaS solution improves competitiveness and profitability as well as saves time on the worksite, in production and in the office. Adminet ERP is complemented by our high-quality and industry-specific accounting services.

In 2018, Admicom started its journey in the stock exchange by listing on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland list. We are growing our enthusiastic, insightful, and forward-thinking #admicommunity through recruitment and acquisitions. In addition to Admicom Finland Oy, our Admicom group includes Tocoman Oy, Lakeus Tilitoimisto Oy, Aitio Finland Oy, Hillava Oy, PlanMan Oy and Kotopro Oy, which have joined us through acquisitions. In addition to Adminet ERP, our group’s services consist of the cost-effective software and service package for smaller companies Adminet Lite, the mobile work specific ERP-software Hillava, Tocoman’s solutions for the construction industry including for instance cost and quantity calculation, scheduling and information modeling as well as Kotopro’s advanced document management solutions.

Our turnover has grown rapidly and profitably to 31.6 million (+ 27% from 2021) to about 45% of the EBITDA. Approximately 90% of the turnover was recurring monthly billing. We already have more than 240 employees in the entire group at six locations: Jyväskylä, Helsinki, Tampere, Oulu, Seinäjoki and Turku.

Information about our acquisitions

Kotopro

Kotopro Oy, founded in 2010, develops browser-based documentation and information management software specifically aimed at the construction and real estate sector, which facilitates the everyday life of the construction site and improves the flow of information between the parties.

The acquisition strengthens Admicom’s product offering and increases technological expertise, especially in the areas of document management, information sharing and mobile user interfaces.

PlanMan

Founded in 2008, PlanMan Oy has developed scheduling and project management software specifically aimed at construction companies. PlanMan and Admicom’s subsidiary Tocoman have cooperated closely for more than 10 years in developing Tocoman Aikataulu software. PlanMan’s software is actively used by more than 400 customers in different industries.

With the acquisition Admicom strengthens its market leadership and strategic position in software solutions in the construction industry.

Aitio Finland & Hillava

Aitio Finland Oy delivers software development services to its customers, as well as related integration and maintenance services, mobile applications and cloud solutions. Hillava Oy develops and markets a cloud-based ERP-system, especially for planning and managing field work in building services engineering and construction industries.

The acquisitions significantly increase Admicom Group’s R&D resources and critical technological know-how, thus strengthening the company’s long-term competitiveness, continuity and market potential.

Lakeus Tilitoimisto

The acquired business of Lakeus Tilitoimisto has supported the growth prospects of Admicom’s core business, expanded the Group’s office locations to new areas in Finland and strengthened the resources of accounting services.

The acquisition by the subsidiary Admicom Finland was a natural continuation of our successful cooperation in serving joint customer companies.

Tocoman

The cost accounting and production management software developed by Tocoman have a long history in the construction industry and a strong market position, especially in the segment of medium-sized and large construction companies.

Various sized domestic construction companies rely on Tocoman’s expertise. Tocoman’s customers are for instance Skanska, Consti Peab and SRV.
